Are you looking for a brand new position in September At Remedy we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of French & Spanish to join this thriving school in Wandsworth until the end of the academic year. The school is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive with a terrific OFSTED rating. They have a stable and supportive Modern Foreign Languages department, which consists of a good mix of experience and is dedicated to providing excellent languages curriculum to their students.

MFL Teacher - South East London

Job Title: MFL Teacher - KS3

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Ongoing

Location: South London

Salary: £200 - £230


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging French and Spanish lessons at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve their full potential in the subject.
  • Work cross-curriculum to promote languages and cultural understanding throughout the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across other subjects to integrate language learning into the wider curriculum.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  • Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the school community.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification with a specialisation in French or Spanish.
  • Proficiency in both French and Spanish, with the ability to teach both languages up to KS4.
  • Passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their best.
  • Ability to design creative and engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
