Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and implement technical solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, and integrations
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the delivered solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 CE implementations
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
  • Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, configurations, and procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, specializing in CRM/CE solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integrations with Dynamics 365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 marketing, field service, or portals
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
