Mid Level Django Developer

Infused Solutions have partnered with a past paced software consultancy who are looking to add a Midlevel Django developer to their team. This organisation is currently going through a big phase of growth across all technology teams with some new and exciting projects coming up. The role is a remote role with 2 days a week day in the office in London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain web applications using Django.

- Implement and manage APIs using Django Rest Framework.

- Integrate and manage third-party services such as Twilio and SendGrid.

- Utilize Celery and Redis for asynchronous task management.

- Optimize queries for performance with PostgreSQL.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvement.

- Maintain and improve test coverage

**Required Skills and Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Python Django Developer.

- Solid understanding of test libraries and testing fundamentals

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience with Celery and Redis

- Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.

- Experience with Celery and Redis.

- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and query optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with the Requests library for API interactions.

- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

**Nice to have but not required Skills and Experience:**

- Previous experience with Flask

- No SQL Databases (Mongo)

- Previous Integrations with Business Central & One Drive

- Understanding of AWS S3 storage solutions

- Experience with Twilio and/or SendGrid integration.
