Xpertise Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join a leading travel and tourism business.

Role: Mid-Level .NET Developer

Salary: £40-£50k (DOE)

Location: Liverpool (hybrid working, 2 days on site per week)

About the role:

Our client is a fast-paced organization and currently undergoing global expansion. You will form part of a new team, working alongside Mid/Senior Level Developers and reporting into a Lead. It’s a fantastic opportunity to develop within a tight-knit team, ultimately making a difference to thousands of people’s lives around the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features.
  • Enhance and maintain an existing Umbraco e-commerce solution.
  • Integrate with various third-party systems including custom CRM and booking management solutions.
  • Identify and resolve software issues, optimize performance, and explore emerging technologies.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in software development working with C#/.NET.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development including HTML, SASS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer-facing websites with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design.
  • Comfortable with CSS and other styling tools to create visually appealing and responsive designs.
  • Strong understanding of the MVC design pattern and SQL databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile environments, applying best practices for efficient development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably AWS CodePipelines or similar.
  • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and teamwork experience with multiple developers.
  • Version Control: Proficient in GIT and other source control processes.
