We are keen to speak with risk assurance professionals with expertise in structured notes who are looking for their next challenge. An investment banking client of ours is seeking a Risk Assurance Senior Manager - Structured Notes to play a critical role in first-stage assurance for their structured note offerings.

About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead first-stage assurance - conducting risk assessments and due diligence before structured notes are issued or invested in.
  • Work closely with the business to design, review, and enhance risk controls for structured notes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning structured note products with investor objectives.
  • Apply your hands-on expertise to provide strategic guidance and oversight across all elements of structured note risk assurance.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Structured Notes - deep understanding of how these financial instruments are structured, traded, and risk-managed.
  • Proven experience in risk assurance, due diligence, and governance for structured notes or similar financial products.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to structured financial products.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in product creation, risk review, and business strategy.

Benefits

Paying £90k-100k pro-rata

Initial 6 month contract
