Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Middleweight Designer to join their dynamic creative team working on Point of Sale, trade communication, and retail/merchandising visuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, self-driven individual to work on a variety of projects for major retail clients, allowing you to showcase your creative skills and passion for producing outstanding work.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the design studio, handling a range of projects relating to POS and Shopping/Retail marketing. Working with notable brands in a fast-paced environment, you will be creating visuals and graphics ranging from marketing and fixtures in-store, to merchandising visuals, to retail activations and cardboard shippers.

You will be joining a new team focused on POS and shopper design within an established but small agency of 12 people. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality creative concepts and design implementations, both independently and under the direction of the creative director and client managers. You’ll thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while consistently exceeding client expectations.

Joining a supportive and experienced team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to maintain and evolve brand campaigns, assets, and templates. The team values creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to present high-calibre work to clients. Your contributions will help shape the role and the business growth, providing ample opportunities for professional development.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative and design implementation.
  • Excellent ability with Adobe Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience designing for shopper marketing campaigns, retail branding, packaging graphics and/or POS.
  • Great understanding of formats, typography, printing techniques, digital media, and working with brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to present high-caliber work to clients.
  • Effective collaboration with design and client management teams.
  • Experience in maintaining and evolving brand campaigns, assets, and templates.
