Minibus Driver

Are you a reliable and dedicated individual with a passion for driving? VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for minibus drivers for our client based in Great Notley, Essex. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a minibus on designated routes, ensuring timely arrival at all stops
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with queries and boarding
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the minibus
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Report any incidents or accidents promptly to the relevant authorities
• Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger numbers

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with D1 entitlement
• Previous experience as a minibus or bus driver is preferred
• Clear Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
