Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mixer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, measuring, blending and mixing ingredients according to specified recipes and quality standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of the mixing process, as well as the ability to operate mixing equipment efficiently. The Mixer will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency in flavour profiles and that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to all safety regulations.

You play a key role in producing high-quality premium vape liquids.

Main Duties

• Ensure the safety of all members and the machinery.
• Maintain and develop our Quality standards and processes.
• Work efficiently to mix in line with the production plan, ensuring all lines SLAs are met
• Use of Sage daily (training provided).
• Follow the mixing SOP and the WO recipes to ensure a quality product is, made each time to the required specifications.
• Ensure batch control and recording of batches for each mix.
• Effective communication with the Team Leads.
• Ensuring waste information is recorded accurately.
• Effective teamwork with other mixologists.
• Keeping the mixing areas clean and stocked with consumables.
• Develop and operate to best practice, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure issues are raised with the Team Lead at the earliest opportunity. This includes issues you see in mixing that aren’t currently or directly affecting safety, quality, or production.
• Attend any required scrums or meetings in line with the needs of the business.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in e-liquid mixing or related manufacturing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures within the e-liquid manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
