Our Client

How would you like to work for a 5-star Private Members club in the Hampshire countryside just outside of Basingstoke. Our client has a beautifully designed space for work and social events which is a foodie's delight, also with gym, wellness, classes and bar.

You will be responsible for creating a seasonal changing cocktail list as well as supplying and making all other drinks for guests in the restaurant, also waiter service and barista. As a Mixologist/Cocktail Specialist you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our exceptional standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting cocktails from scratch
  • Ensuring an impeccable customer service experience
  • Being responsible for orders and keeping an eye on stock levels
  • Weekly stocktake.
  • Working alongside the General Manager to ensure service runs smoothly
  • Keeping your bar area clean and ensuring weekly deep cleans take place.
