Job Description: Mobile Air Conditioning Technician

Location: Basildon

Salary: £30,000+ per annum

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview: Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and chiller units across various sites around the M25. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, independence, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair of air conditioning and chiller units.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out efficient and effective repairs.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure systems are operating optimally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Complete job reports and paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the air conditioning and chiller industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in working with various types of air conditioning systems and chillers.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to travel around the M25 as required.
