We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Estates Operative to join our team in Haringey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of various properties and estates

The Role

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of properties.
• Performing general repairs, cleaning, and gardening tasks.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between properties.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
