Mobile Maintenance Electrician

• Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
• Location: Newcastle (RFM-Redcar-Cleveland projects)
• Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm,
• Contract: Full time, permanent
• Salary: upto £37000 per annum
• *on-call/Overtime
• company van and fuel card

Main Duties:

• Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards
• Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
• Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
• Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
• Service and repair of motors and pumps.
• Competent on BMS control systems and PAT tester
• Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Qualified Electrician with experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
• City & Guilds or equivalent
• 18th Edition City and Guilds
• experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
• UK Driving Licence
• DBS check
