Job Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for a QHSE Manager based in the Midlands. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that operations are executed safely and efficiently. As a key member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding people, clients, and the environment.

In this role, you'll primarily support management to guarantee that operations adhere to the highest safety standards. Your responsibilities include applying integrated business management systems to maintain a sturdy and effective framework that aligns with company and third-party accreditations for quality, health, safety, and the environment. You will identify and reduce accident risks to individuals, property, and the environment.

Conducting specialised risk assessments, investigating accidents, managing QHSE-related documentation, and aiding in insurance claim processes are also part of your responsibilities.

You will also support contract mobilisations with QHSE considerations, collaborate with the QHSE team to achieve organisational goals, and effectively stand in place of the QHSE Senior Manager in their absence. Advocating for QHSE in meetings, maintaining regional forums for employee engagement, and liaising with authorities when necessary are key duties.
