An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and organised Mobile Services Coordinator to join a leading provider of health and wellness services.

This role focuses on supporting the Mobile Services Team through effective asset management, stock control, and equipment maintenance. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating equipment repairs, tracking assets, and supporting mobile fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Services Coordinator role:

  • Maintain and update the asset management system and equipment inventories
  • Plan equipment calibration, repairs, and maintenance
  • Manage stock requests and oversee consumable inventory across UK sites
  • Support fleet logistics, including coordination of vehicle repairs and documentation
  • Work closely with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on equipment and supplies
Skills & Experience required for the Mobile Services Coordinator role:
  • Experience in stock control, asset management, and logistics coordination desirable 
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of and planning/scheduling tools desirable
