Our fantastic, rapidly growing, reputable company is looking for a fantastic mobilisation manager to come on board to join their Technical Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the process for packs and contracts.
• Completing minutes and any reports if applicable within 5 working days.
• Liaise directly with Head of Departments as necessary to progress any task, project and meet deadlines.
• Creating contract orders and signing contracts being cautious of s.20 regulations
• Create site info pack to Operational Team on site and off site to demonstrate what we are responsible for including but not limited to asset list, contractors assigned, Fire Safety measures, PIB info etc.
• Ensure all H&S and FRA including appropriate signage are up to date. -
• Understand client expectations, set realistic expectations but work with them and Head of Technical Services to achieve what it is they want.
• Provide support to clients/developers to allow for management to commence and assist with any blockers.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with current legislation and best practice.
• Assist in mobilising, re mobilising and de mobilising contracts.
• To ensure mobilisation processes are in place to provide a smooth customer experience or create processes where needed with the support of the Head of Mobilisation
• To provide all round excellent customer service.
