Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - Mandarin Speaking


An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner to join our client, a leading financial services provider.

You will play an integral role, supporting an experienced team of Mortgage Brokers who specialise in arranging complex UK mortgages for Expats and Chinese Investors

Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients, including HNW. Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex and demanding cases.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 12 months UK based mortgage administration experience
  • Essential: Mandarin speaking - written / verbal
  • Ability to integrate and be a team player - this is a very social environment
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer.
  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post
  • Assisting Financial Consultants in preparation for client meetings.
  • Researching products.

Package:

£25 - 32k basic + Excellent Bonus + Benefits

OTE £35 - 45K
