plus Quarterly Bonus, CeMAP study, hybrid working, very team focussed, open plan offices

Following a very busy year, my client, a city-based Mortgage Broker, is now looking to add a further experienced Mortgage Administrator to join them. Having worked with this firm for several years, we have seen them grow organically, with Mortgage Administrators developing their skills whilst completing their CeMAP studies and taking on internal moves.

Opportunity Highlights

** Excellent opportunity to build long and meaningful relationships with your Clients.

** Large, very successful and busy brokerage (c 100 Brokers)
** You will provide support to between 3 and 5 Mortgage Brokers

** Providing support with all aspects of mortgage administration, client support and contact within a Mortgage Admin team in excess of 20 members

** Mortgages range from £500k to in excess of £1m

** Ability and experience required to handle c 150 cases at one time
** This is a highly supportive, close knit and sociable team, where they make the staff feel truly valued for their efforts.
** This role can progress in two distinct directions either into a Mortgage Broker, where full on the job training and study support will be provided to get you into a position where you will be able to build a successful desk with a steady flow of leads.
** Alternatively, you could remain as an effective Mortgage Administrator managing all relationships and current and future business needs, potentially as Team Leader in the future.
** A minimum of 6 to 12 months mortgage administration experience is required with high volume processing experience.
