Our client is a highly successful Mortgage and Financial services brokerage based nearLiverpool Street in London.

They have been established over 20 years and have around 63 advisers and support staff working from their busy offices.

They are currently on the lookout for an experienced mortgage administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

Ideally this would be 3 days per week ( Tuesday, Thursday & Friday )

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous mortgage administration experience - minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
  • High level of numeracy
  • Responsive to demands of a client focused environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter, able to work to deadlines and without close supervision

THE ROLE

  • Working closely with a Team Leader and Senior Administrator providing support to a Partner to deliver first class client experience.
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Processing mortgage and protection applications and ensuring they are submitted within the regulated time frames and meet compliance standards
  • Client relationship management

The salary is up to £40,000 pro rata. Please note you MUST be an experienced mortgage administrator to apply for this role.
