Role: Mortgage Administrator

Working Hours: 25hrs pw

Location: Home based (after initial 8 - 12 weeks office based induction)

Salary: £18,000 pa

We are recruiting for one of our partnership business based in Harrow. They are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join the small family run team to support and assist the practice principal and mortgage adviser with day to day administrator duties.

This is a part time role offering 25hrs per week Monday to Friday 10:00am to 15:00pm, initially an office based role for approx. 8 to 12 weeks of induction and training will change to a flexible WFH role

Along with a salary of £18,000 pa the role offers additional benefits of

The right person will have/be

  • Proven Mortgage Administration expericence, preferably with in a mortgage advice business
  • Good administration and organisational skills experience
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to multitask high priority work loads
  • A background in the mortgage advice/lending is beneficial but not essential

Mortgage Administrator Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Assist mortgage and protection brokers
  • Document collections and submission
  • Client communication
  • Mortgage lender communication
  • Protection provider communication
  • Data management
  • Marketing, social media management

This is great role for someone in the Harrow or surrounding areas wanting to further their career in the Mortgage advice industry or for someone with the relevant skills wanting to step into it for the first time
