Our clients are offering the following:

  • Monday – Friday hours
  • Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Mortgage Administrator's duties will include:

  • Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on application status
  • Progress mortgages through to the offer stage and liaise with solicitors until completion
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with our Financial Advisors and Sales Team
  • You will also be expected to visit the branch network and offer support to the advisors in the field.

To be considered for the role of Mortgage Administrator, you must have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, however, this is not a necessity
  • Very well-organised and self-sufficient
  • Confident, outgoing, and personable
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail
