This Mortgage Administrator job in Keynsham provides opportunity to join a supportive company with desire to grow.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting their team of Mortgage Advisors to ensure clients receive effective progression of their cases. Your duties will include:

  • Assist in progressing mortgage and protection cases
  • Liaising with clients, Mortgage Advisors, lenders and solicitors
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Identifying and referring missed business opportunities
  • Creating Management Information reports
  • Assisting with diary management, where required
  • Supporting with fraud, anti-money laundering and other compliance checks

Mortgage Administrator Requirements

  • You should have some experience as an Administrator within the mortgage industry
  • You should have experience of managing a pipeline of cases and progressing them through the process

Mortgage Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £25,000 plus company benefits
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (possible flexible working considered)
  • Happy to discuss hybrid work arrangement
  • Possible progression into Mortgage Advisor role
