Mortgage Administrator
Our client is a Financial Services business, they are looking to recruit a skilled Finance/Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is too provide general and financial admin support to the team and clients.
Main responsibilities include:
- Efficient running of the office
- Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
- Managing online and paper filing systems
- Processing mortgage applications
- Maintaining client data in the office CRM system
- Conducting research and sourcing Mortgage products
- Answering calls and responding to client and lender queries
- Keeping clients and businesses up to date throughout the application process
- Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients
About yourself:
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Be a quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clients
