Are you a meticulous individual who has an eye for detail when completing administrative tasks? Do you have mortgage, property or legal experience and are you keen to work in the mortgage industry?

In this role, you will be supporting a team with mortgage administration, processing applications and liaising with a variety of parties to ensure cases move to completion on time.

The role:

  • Processing mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers, handling queries and providing updates
  • Researching and sourcing mortgage products for Advisors
  • Chasing outstanding information and documentation from customers
  • Responding to lender queries and updating with them
  • Using various systems to submit and progress applications
  • Supporting the office with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks

You'll need:

  • Recent experience working within the mortgage, property or legal industries
  • Strong administrative skills, with strong systems experience  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
