We are delighted to be working with this successful North West based Bridging and Development lender. They are now looking to expand their external sales team with an additional North West BDM. This role’s primary function will be to generate new business to achieve their individual lending target.


Specific Responsibility:
• Identify new business opportunities by developing relationships with referral partners, namely Brokers and Professional contacts.
• Create a strategy, personal to you, that will achieve new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with your clients.
• Attend conferences and events to build relationships with introducer and new clients.
• Present to introducer firms to raise the profile and awareness of the company.
• Maintain and update the introducer database with contacts on a regular basis.
• Update the pipeline document on a regular basis with live cases.
• Possess a strong understanding of the company’s products and credit policy.
• Possess a strong awareness of competitors and their offerings in our market.
• Represent company in a professional manner at all times.

Other Duties:
• Support your co BDM’s in maintaining their pipeline of business in their absence.
• Complete accurate and informative underwriting templates.
