Mortgage Adviser

My client is a well-established mortgage broker based in Watford, and they are seeking an experienced mortgage adviser to join their team on a self-employed basis.

My client is a directly authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Watford.

• Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies
• Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help make an informed decision
• Maintain strong relationships with all your customers
• Assess customers' financial status, including; income, expenses, assets and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm, have whole-of-market experience and be CeMAP qualified. Ideally the candidate will have their own client bank to bring with them as no leads are provided.

• Must have own client bank and willing to generate own leads
• Previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm
• Whole-of-market experience
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Must be able to pass the fit and proper assessment
• No panel exclusions
