Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to provide high quality mortgage and protection advice to customers requiring re-financing at the end of their self build or renovation project! You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Our AR business partners are the market leaders in the Self Build market throughout the UK and this role can be office based, hybrid or remote dependent on experience and suitability, however, initial, thorough training will be undertaken at the head office base in Livingston for the first few weeks!

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join one of the UK's largest and established self build mortgage brokers. Earnings are uncapped so only ambitious people with an eye for detail and continued professionalism at all times should apply.

You will:

• Ideally have a minimum of 2 years mortgage and protection experience
• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
• Be focused on exceeding weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s and sales targets
• Be able to clearly describe their value proposition and the benefits to clients
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
• Be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to offer mortgage & protection advice
