BDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a thriving branch of a nationally recognized estate agency.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you'll be a key member of the Milton Keynes estate agency branch, collaborating closely with our sales-focused negotiators. You'll leverage your expertise to provide regulated mortgage advice and recommend suitable protection products to our clients. The role offers a dynamic environment with a steady stream of leads - you'll benefit from referrals from our incentivized staff and have full access to our established client database. We anticipate you'll secure an average of 2-3 mortgages per week, significantly increasing your earning potential.

The Branch:

This busy and vibrant estate agency branch in Milton Keynes, offers plenty of mortgage leads, and on average will generate 7-10 new mortgage leads a week. According to "Rightmove" on average over 25 properties are sold per week in the Milton Keynes area. As well as dealing with the high quantity and quality leads, as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will handle mortgages for an average property size of £320k, however, you will be expected to deal with properties up to £750k.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering expert mortgage advice to the clients in Milton Keynes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Recommending appropriate protection products to safeguard our clients' financial well-being.
• Proactively contacting existing clients to explore remortgage opportunities.
• Collaborating effectively with the Milton Keynes branch team, including negotiators, to achieve exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• A strong understanding of the whole-of-market mortgage landscape (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• A team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with professional introducers.
• A valid UK driving license, clean credit history, and no criminal convictions.
