This employed Mortgage Adviser job in Fareham provides a regular flow of pre-qualified quality leads

This role is ideal for a Mortgage Adviser early in their mortgage career and looking to receive lots of quality leads and be able to write significant volumes of business.

The business is able to produce regular, quality leads from their 40,000 previous policyholders, that they regularly re-engage with, professional introducers relationships and referrals.

The leads are pre-qualified by their in-house team and immediately transferred through to you, so that you can provide mortgage and protection advice to the client. Their infrastructure should enable you to write a mortgage case every day!

You will have full admin support, so that you can focus on advising clients.

Mortgage Adviser Requirements

  • You should hold full CeMAP or equivalent
  • You should ideally have some mortgage advice experience
  • You should be self-motivated and desire to write high levels of business
  • You must be local to Fareham

This long established firm of over 10 years specialises in providing insurance and mortgage advice to customers across the UK. You will be joining their like-minded team of motivated individuals keen to achieve the best for their clients.

Mortgage Adviser Benefits

  • Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with Year 1 OTE of £50,000 - £60,000, rising to £60,000 - £70,000 thereafter
  • Office based with free parking available and nearby public transport routes
  • Working hours of 9:30am - 7pm Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am - 6pm Thursday and 9:30am - 4:30pm Friday
