A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Bristol office dealing with mortgages up to £900k, with an average property value of £350k, where over 500 properties are sold a month, according to land registry.

Main Duties:

Working in this busy estate agency office in Bristol, as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will receive 6 - 8 new mortgage appointments per week, dealing with properties up to £900k and an average loan size of £350k.

As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, you will also have unlimited and unrestricted access to the Bristol’s existing client database. As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer a remortgage service, to ensure that the clients are receiving the best possible mortgage advice.

The Bristol estate agency office has a substantial client base, and according to an independent property company, over 500 properties are sold per month in the area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to receive a good basic plus high OTE.

Our client offers a generous payment package, with bonuses, commissions, and incentives to earn nearly 50% (including a high basic) of the total banking figures.

KeySkills:

As an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the busy Bristol estate agency office, you must be fully CeMAP qualified and have a good working knowledge of mortgage and the associated protection policies.

Being a team player is paramount for this role, to work closely with the team of professional introducers helping them refer clients and leads over.
