What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, building trust and understanding their unique financial needs.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend bespoke mortgage solutions from a comprehensive panel of lenders.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of new clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to maximize lead generation and referral opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, exceeding expectations and fostering long-term relationships.

You'll Be Successful If You Possess:

  • A proven track record of success in mortgage advising (or broking).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to connect with a broad range of clients.
  • A strong client-centric approach, prioritizing exceptional service and building trust.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
  • The ability to maintain strong relationships through consistent communication.
  • Confidence and charisma (optional, but a plus).

The Right Fit for You:

  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is a requirement.
  • Experience in mortgage advising (or broking) is essential.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
  • Ability to provide proof of address, National Insurance, and a full UK driving license.
