We are currently looking for an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, who are looking to add to their team in Liverpool.

Our client is an established independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage based in Liverpool, providing exceptional service to clients across the Northwest. They are linked with one of the North West’s most successful independent estate agencies. Due to their expanding business, they require an additional Mortgage Advisor to maintain their high levels of service to both clients and the professionals they work with. Experience in Protection

Working hours:

Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays (Lieu day provided)

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

  • Basic Salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 Basic
  • Strong commission splits  
  • OTE - £50,000 - £70,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

  • CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in a mortgage adviser position
  • Able to build and forge strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and able to research.
  • Provide exceptional client service.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing.
  • Organised and effective time management
  • Proven track record of writing high volumes of business

Mortgage Advisor duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Effectively work with the estate agency team to promote mortgage and financial services business
  • Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
  • Convert booked appointments into business
  • Contact customers for missed opportunities
  • Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
  • Provide advice on mortgages
  • Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
  • Achieve sales targets each month
