The Nottingham housing market is booming! The branch averages over 150 new registrations monthly, offering exceptional business opportunities for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Nottingham.

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide tailored mortgage advice to Nottingham clients, ensuring solutions align with their financial goals.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of client finances to recommend the most suitable mortgage products available in Nottingham.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships in Nottingham, fostering trust and exceeding service expectations.
• Stay current on market trends, mortgage products, and regulations specific to the Nottingham market, providing compliant and informed advice.
• Negotiate favourable mortgage terms on behalf of your Nottingham clients with lenders and financial institutions.
• Manage the entire mortgage process for Nottingham clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (underwriters and compliance) to guarantee all documentation adheres to local legal and regulatory standards.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, significantly contributing to the Nottingham branch's success.

As a whole-of-market Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Nottingham, you'll deal with properties ranging from the average £200,000 to high-value properties of £750,000, with access to a strong panel of life companies for protection business.

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations, particularly relevant to the Nottingham market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships in Nottingham.
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
