The Mortgage Brokerage focuses on the Adverse Market, Mortgages Refused, Contractors and Self-Employed Mortgages.

The Mortgage Advisor Role

Based in the Brokerages Birmingham office, you will be a telephone-based Specialist Mortgage Broker.
You’ll be provided with a steady stream of enquiries, meaning that there will be NO cold calling aspect to your role.
The clients you will be speaking to will have complex mortgage requirements, so it is essential that you have experience handling adverse mortgages, contractor mortgage and mortgages for self-employed clients with complex income streams.

Mortgage Advisor Package

• Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
• Basic Salary up to £40k
• Realistic OTE between £85k - £95k
• 22 days holiday + Bank holidays & your birthday off

Mortgage Advisor skills and experience

• Full mortgage qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in the industry with a proven track record
• Experience handing Adverse & Complex mortgages is essential
• Strong organisational skills to deal with the volume of business
• The hunger and drive to succeed in the financial services industry
• A resilient, positive and friendly approach
• A team player attitude
• The ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
