Mortgage Advisor - Glasgow Base salary to £45,000

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a highly experienced, and suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The dynamic, highly regarded, and growing firm are a Southern Glasgow based business with a team consisting of 6 Mortgage and Protection Advisors alongside an established administrative support team.

The firm are delighted to have won a significant contract with a large blue-chip housing developer to service the developers sites across Scotland.

We are specifically looking for a highly experienced new build broker that is looking for an extremely lucrative seat that could potentially lead to profit share opportunities in the future.

As we know, new build requires weekend coverage. Initially the new advisor would be covering most weekends with a pattern between Thursday and Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday effectively becoming the advisor’s weekend although, as the team grows, then rotas would be in place.

To compensate the advisor for the weekend working we are happy to incentivise that advisor with a market leading base salary and comms package.

Base Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE with an OTE of £80,000 +

The role is hybrid. The developer would like visibility of the advisor at times on site - this can be discussed.

The role benefits from the PRIMIS circa 90 lender panel and 15 provider protection panel with no loading to premiums ensuring the very best customer outcomes.
