In 2022, the branch successfully sold over 250 properties, and in 2023, they are set to surpass that with over 200 properties currently on sale. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive basic salary of up to £31,000, which includes a car allowance, pension, DIS, bonus, and commission. With a realistic OTE of £70,000 - £90,000, this role is ideal for a driven and experienced mortgage professional.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Expert Mortgage Advice: Providing clients with expert mortgage advice tailored to their needs.
• Property Market Expertise: Operating in a vibrant real estate market with properties up to £750,000.
• Lead Management: Efficiently handling leads generated within the estate agency branch.
• Financial Compensation: Earning a competitive bonus and commission structure.
• Mortgage Volume: Writing a substantial volume of mortgages to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• CeMAP Qualification (or equivalent): Essential for offering professional mortgage advice.
• Proven Experience: A demonstrated track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Property Market Insight: A keen understanding of the local property market and current mortgage trends.
