About the Role

Our client, a multi-award-winning mortgage broker with branches across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, is expanding their Gloucester-based team. As the leading business in their regional category with Mortgage Advice Bureau for the past two years, they are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face or telephone appointments with clients

• Understand client needs and offer suitable mortgage and protection solutions

• Arrange mortgage and protection policies from the whole of market (mortgages) and a selected panel (protection)

• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Respond promptly and professionally to client communications

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every stage

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent: CF1 & CF6)

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A customer-focused approach

• Results-driven and self-motivated
