Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Are you an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor looking for a fresh new challenge?

We're working with a successful mortgage brokerage based in the Lincoln area who are currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a new Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This brokerage works closely with a well-known Independent Estate Agency that provides strong leads to the Advisors. 

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm (Flexible)

The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
• 25% Commission
• OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:

• Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
• Full CeMAP qualification
• 1 year experience minimum
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

• Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
• Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers / homeowners in the branch
• Writing Mortgage and Protection business
• Chasing potential leads and generating new business
• Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
