Reed Specialist Recruitment are proud to be representing an award-winning Mortgage & Protection firm, looking for a new Broker to join their team and contribute towards their already thriving business. 

Our client would love to speak to any advisers who are already self-employed with an existing client bank, but is equally happy to offer the position to a candidate who is currently directly employed and is looking to make the jump over to a self-employed position.

The successful candidate will have -

  • Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, and CAS in current role
  • Experience in both mortgage and protection advice (Whole of Market preferred but restricted panel advisers also considered)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset
  • Experience in self-marketing and business generation would also be a great asset for any candidate
