We are offering a fantastic position within a market-leading estate agency's vibrant Dartford office. This role offers you the chance to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base, leveraging both new leads and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Work from our busy Dartford office, receiving 12 fresh mortgage leads weekly, generated by a highly motivated and financially incentivised team, where as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker you will be able to write 3-4 mortgages.
• Client Engagement: Engage with a loyal client base requiring remortgage services, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
• Mortgage Processing: Handle properties averaging £350,000 in value; however, you will deal with properties up to £650,000, in a market where over 100 properties are sold each month.
• Earnings: With the generous commission structure, as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, based on averages you will earn a minimum of £250 per case, with 3 mortgages written you will be able to earn an additional £3,000 a month.
• Product Offering: Provide comprehensive mortgage advice and associated protection advice, including life assurance, critical illness, and income protection.
• Commission and Incentives: Benefit from generous commission splits on all business banked, with substantial earnings potential.
• Diary Management: Manage your own diary and prioritise client appointments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a track record of success.
• Certifications: Must hold CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification, along with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Team Collaboration: Strong team player capable of working collaboratively to maximise lead conversion and client satisfaction.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Compliance: Must have a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and hold a full clean driving license.
