As a Mortgage Underwriter, you'll play a key role in the manual underwriting of loan applications, ensuring they align with our mission and meet clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manual underwriting from application to authorization.
  2. Efficiently process loan applications, ensuring compliance.
  3. Authorization of loans within specified limits.
  4. Thorough risk assessment based on financial stability.
  5. Effective communication with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous case management experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and lending practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid available after probation (6 months). Up to 2 days per week remote.
