Mortgage Completions Officer

Our client, a dynamic and growing mortgage lender, is seeking a Mortgage Completions Officer to join their team. This role requires travel to their Birmingham office just twice a month. If you have a passion for property finance and a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire mortgage process from application submission to loan completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, intermediaries, and third parties to ensure due diligence and compliance with the firm’s risk policies.
• Manage and review offer and completion pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Handle legal correspondence, responding to queries or referring to underwriters and valuers as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and meet service level agreements.
• Assess mortgage applications and prepare detailed risk analyses.
• Review and analyse all documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of experience dealing with Mortgage Completions and legal documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and numeracy skills.
