Within this role you have several specific areas of responsibility:

• Providing first class, whole of the market mortgage advice to clients
• Developing and growing the mortgage advice team in terms of performance and headcount and fostering a clear team ethos
• Responsible for new business development utilising existing corporate clients and third party stakeholders
• Working closely with senior management with regards to growth strategy, recruitment, regulatory changes and industry trends
• Identify and improve processes, service, and collaboration
