My client is looking for a Mortgage Processor with a minimum of 2 years experince.

This is a Hybrid opportunity with two days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Mortgage Processor you will be providing administrative support to the mortgage finance team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Liaise with the lenders, solicitors and any other party involved from client agreeing to proceed, to completion.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial reports, mortgage documents, and client presentations.
  • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Support the mortgage finance team with processing loan applications, coordinating appraisals, and tracking loan status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to mortgage finance
