Working for a well established mortgage broker, you will be joining a small but growing team, supporting the office with customer and lender queries, processing applications and ensuring the office is running smoothly. 

What you'll do:
  • Process mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion
  • Manage and update client information efficiently
  • Research and source the most suitable mortgage products for client needs
  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients, providing clear and accurate information
  • Proactively keep clients updated on the progress of their application
  • Respond to lender queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilise a range of mortgage software programmes to streamline processes
  • Contribute to maintaining a smooth-running and efficient office environment
What you'll bring:
  • Recent experience working within the mortgage industry 
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Ability to analyse financial information and understand client needs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer software programmes
