We are working with a well-established Independent IFA with a good reputation, and they are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the business on a self-employed basis.

The role would be ideal for a Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, who is looking for a role that offers excellent flexibility, back-office support and solid leads passed to them.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Based in Worcestershire

  • Working alongside awell-established Financial Advisor, with 2-3 leads passed across each week.
  • Projected business written would be c100k.
  • Guarantee offered for the first 2-3 months
  • Split is 50/50 on supplied leads and 70/30 own leads.
  • Full back-office support is provided
  • Remote and flexible working offered and use of their prestigious offices.
  • Scope to move into an IFA role longer term

They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years Mortgage & Protection experience, is CeMAP Qualified and who has the ability to assist clients with all types of complex mortgage situations. (Residential, BTL, adverse, commercial, self-employed etc.)

You will need to be able to conduct research for a suitable outcome for the client, be customer-focused and able to produce a compliant file following a fixed sales process.
