Mortgage Sales Manager - OTE £50-70k

Highly successful Southend based mortgage brokerage established in 2013 have an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Sales Manager.

They are looking for an experienced professional with a background in mortgages/estate agency to lead their team of brokers. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience and capable of driving the company's success.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager: -

• Coaching, training and supporting a team of 10 Mortgage advisor's to hit their KPIs
• Extensive Mortgage Experience.
• Management experience within a mortgage/estate agency environment
• Strong Track record of working in a targeted environment.
• Leadership and Management Experience.
• Background in Estate Agency preferred
• Motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
