What We’re Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage professional
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating mortgage advisers
• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales & estate agency lead conversion
• Strong protection sales skills with a consultative approach
• Experience with HNW clientele (preferred but not essential)
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Driven, ambitious, and relationship-focused
