Salary: £36,000 to £40,000, plus £6k to £15k bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with current regulations and procedures
- Identify and assess vehicle faults and advise customers on necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, offering clear advice and explaining test results
- Keep up to date with changes in MOT regulations and vehicle technologies
- Assist with general workshop duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 & 7 preferred)
- Proven experience working as an MOT Tester or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanics
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for safety
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
