£22,000 basic salary OTE £39,000 (uncapped commission) plus company benefits

As a Motability Sales Executive you’ll be excited by the consistently high customer demand and an opportunity to work in high volume sales which promises fantastic rewards. Because its not about unachievable sales targets, to you its about assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle tailored to their needs. We're in search of a proactive individual who can think outside the box when it comes to prospecting and building a customer base in the local area through on-site, online and off-site activity. 

You’ll be joining a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to an already well established customer base. and providing high-quality advice and support to our customers. You will be showcasing our range of vehicles and services designed to make the buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. 

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry (12 months minimum) - motability accreditation is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
