We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Motor Claims Assessor to join an extremely expansive business who have major growth plans for 2024 due to landing some major contracts. Job description

  • Review a large spec of fleet vehicle to advise on repair solutions and process claims with reviewing specific procedures.
  • Visually inspect repairs and defects to advise on the best repair solution including providing a breakdown of costs and works to be carried out.
  • Organise reports in relation to each claim and including accident reports.
  • Carry out the claims process from start to finish including aftercare.
  • Consistently comply with industry standards including insurance and FCA regulations.
  • Work efficiently in a team dynamic and achieve daily targets including client service reviews.
  • Advise with internal departments in each customer case with the work and cost breakdown so clients are advised accordingly with the repair network and account management division.
